Violent is responsible for violent person.
Violence is a traumatic experience, which consequences often persist even many years after leaving a violent partner. Life in discomfort, uncertainty in constant fear and anxiety cause the woman and her children to experience extensive medical and psychological disorders that appear on the body. These health problems persist for several years, depending on the depth of trauma survival and the intensity and duration of life in a violent relationship
Consequences of trauma:
- fear and feeling of danger
- mental problems such as anxiety, tension, nervousness and nervousness
- concerns about the future and uncertainty
- concerns about children
- the feeling of inferiority and the loss of a sense of life
- mental illness – depression, anxiety disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, or its symptoms
- health problems – thyroid disease, high blood pressure, gallbladder problems, heart failure, insomnia, gynecological problems, etc.
- frustration, sleep disturbances and food intake
Form of domestic violation:
- physical violence – kicking, beating, punching, wounding, and burns
- psychical violence – humiliation, threats, emotional extortion, disdainful treatment
- social violence – forbidding to meet family, close relatives, banning work, locking in the apartment, blocking the phone, watching
- economic violence – unjustified restriction of access to the property, prevention of access to common money, destruction and damage to clothing, furniture, and women
- sexual violence-rape, all sex offenses, forced sexual practices
