Consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Law No . 18/2018 Z. z. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of any laws.

The operator declares that: The processed personal data of the persons concerned will only be used for the above purposes in the course of their business activities. The threat of denial of a contractual dependence.

Right of access:

In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to delete your personal information, if the personal data we have received you no longer need to fulfill the original purpose of your processing or if you revoke your consent to processing. However, your right must be assessed in the light of all relevant circumstances. For example, we may have some legal and regulatory obligations, which means we will not be able to comply with your request
Right to restrict processing
In certain circumstances, you are entitled to ask us not to use your personal information. This is the case, for example, in cases where you believe that personal information we have about you may be inaccurate or if you believe that we no longer need your personal data.

Personal data company BRIEŽDENIE o.z. will be kept in accordance with the law on archives and registers, the law on accounting, and the VAT Act for the 10 years following the year in question (the year when the last invoice was issued).
The data for marketing purposes will be BRIEŽDENIE oz to retain for a period of 10 years from the grant of the consent, or unless the consent is withdrawn by the person concerned.
