Right of access:

However, your right must be assessed in the light of all relevant circumstances. For example, we may have some legal and regulatory obligations, which means we will not be able to comply with your request

Personal data company BRIEŽDENIE o.z. will be kept in accordance with the law on archives and registers, the law on accounting, and the VAT Act for the 10 years following the year in question (the year when the last invoice was issued).
The data for marketing purposes will be BRIEŽDENIE oz to retain for a period of 10 years from the grant of the consent, or unless the consent is withdrawn by the person concerned.
